Hi Nick,

I removed the trailing whitespace in TargetInfo while committing the 
code, thats why you see the whole set of changes in TargetInfo. The 
other changes I left it on how clang-format decorated it.

Do you want to fix the other files so that its decorated how it was 
earlier before clang-format ?
