[PATCH] Disable JIT/MCJIT tests for the targets that don't support JIT

Hi There,

 

Attached patch disables JIT/MCJIT tests in unittests/ExecutionEngine for all
the targets that don't support JIT. Please let me know if the patch is okay
to commit.
