Add Erlang GC

Hi folks!

This is the last patch we would like to commit in order to fully support 
Erlang/HiPE compatible code emission from our LLVM  backend. This should 
be similar to the existing OcamlGC plugin.

As usual, we are looking forward to comments/review. :-)
