[llvm-commits] Opensource lab being created by Samsung

Hi,

 

I am representing Samsung Electronics as a head-hunter dedicated to the
mobile and consumer technology space. Specifically, I am partnering with
Samsung's Electronics Research Institute - known as SERI, which is their
European R&D and Innovation centre. 

 

SERI are looking to create a new open source SW focused lab which will be
located across  both Espoo, Finland and London, England as part of their new
focus on making Samsung a much more active contributor to the open source SW
community - something which they are conscious they have done enough in the
past.

 

Samsung want to build a team of individuals that will continue to be focused
on and contribute to external open source community projects (70-80% of the
team's work will be external).  Priority areas of technology and projects
will include Linux Kernel, Linaro, LLVM, Wayland &, Web (groups include
Webkit, Chromium & node.js).  

 

This is an exciting new group being invested in by Samsung and there are no
limits to how significant and influential these team roles will be both
within Samsung's business as well as externally.

 

I'm extremely interested in connecting with any open source SW specialists,
especially with project maintainer or committer status.  Please do not
