Sorry for the large swap of commits.

These patches bring the polly release in sync with the cloog 0.18 and 
the isl 0.11.1 release. I am currently not planning to create Polly 
release builds, but having these polly release branch available will
help people who want to use Polly and LLVM 3.2.

A big thanks to Jack for all his testing.
