Hi Hal, 

Ok...    It was a per-request late add I got by IRC, and I didn't verify
before adding it. (It's what I get for being easy.)   Not critical to me
that the integrated-as changes are in _32, so IMO you can go ahead and
drop that from the relnotes if backporting those bits are anything other
than nontrivial.
