This reminds me of something I have been meaning to ask for a while.  Does the LLVM project maintain
any sort of maintainers list for the various sub-systems?  Several other OSS projects that I have
worked on (GCC, GDB, QEMU, Python, …) have this sort of thing and it helps with knowing who to CC
on patches and to expect approval from.
