The attached patch setup increased timeouts for the following tests
when they run for MIPS target:
SingleSource/Benchmarks/Polybench/linear-algebra/kernels/symm
SingleSource/Benchmarks/Polybench/linear-algebra/kernels/2mm
SingleSource/Benchmarks/Polybench/linear-algebra/kernels/3mm
SingleSource/Benchmarks/Misc/*
