[llvm-commits] dependence analysis

[Preston Briggs]

I went down to Austin and did a walkthrough of the code with (generous!)
folks from Qualcomm. As a result, I have a long list of changes I'd like to
make. Therefore, you might hold off any further review. I'll submit an
updated version when it's ready (probably a week or two).
