[zork] tweak powerpc64 clang buildbot packagecache setting

Upon further review and poking at the ppc64 clang buildbot, and with
some debug help from d0k (Benjamin Kramer), we noticed that the
package_cache setting refers to a in-lab cache, which is not resolvable
by this system.

Since this system is not in the lab with those other systems, that cache
entry does no good, so remove it from the stanza for this builder.

suggestions.  :-)
