[llvm-commits] fix bug 13240 - ARM PLD/PLDW (register) with -ve Rm and a right-shift by #32 reencodes as +ve Rm

The attached patch fixes the MC issue with PLD/PLDW instructions in ARM mode
reported in bug http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=13240. Also added test
cases to cover these instructions.
