Thanks. Committed as r161748 and r161750 (bloody "svn add").

I'm assuming there is a way to get there but I've been insufficiently
cunning in my search, or perhaps the pattern that relies on it is in
an external repository? The alternatives at this point seem to be to
remove it and see if anyone complains or to fix it.

Meanwhile I'll write a direct e-mail to Wang in case he missed the CC
amongst everything else.
