[llvm-commits] Buildmaster will be restarted today after 6 PM Pacific

Hello everyone,
Buildmaster will be restarted today after 6 PM Pacific to pick up small fix
for wrong blame lists.
As Duncan noticed, buidbot sometimes makes wrong blame list for build
failures.
