Which issue may I add?

* msysgit-mingw ld-2.19.1

My patch would be needed to build selfhost with g++'s libstdc++.
Do we get rid of supporting ld-2.19 anyway?
I would not like to give it up!

* Cygwin-1.5 binutils

as-2.18 does not accept ".comm foo,4,2" and it seems requirements
would not be satisfied.
I will add it to GettingStarted.html later.

Anyway, in fact, selfhost bootstrapping can be done on Cygwin-1.5 with g++-4.

* building clang with gcc-3/Cygwin-1.5

I am still investigating. I have a few patch for it but it seems some
tests fail.
I will describe issues when I got whatever happens.
