[llvm-commits] Would like to add new slave

Hello Daniel,

I would like to add new slave for llvm-gcc Win XP with the same
credentials. I added slave to slaves.py and builder to builders.py
recently.
Please have a look. Will really appreciate your assistance.
Hope to attach a new slave tomorrow :)
