[llvm-commits] [patch] Mostly mechanical removal of getPhysicalRegisterRegClass.patch

I have attached an updated patch. It is still one big change, but it
is a bit cleaner now. The changes to the ??InstrInfo.cpp files I think
are correct. I will try to split the others into smaller patches
during the week.
