[llvm-commits] [PATCH] Additions to C-bindings

This patch adds a few functions to the C bindings to expose use-def
chains, function and parameter attribute retrieval, getting const
opcode and const values of constants, checking for a global
initializer, and ReplaceAllUsesWith.
