[llvm-commits] [patch] reenable llvm-config for cmake builds

Hi llvm-config are used by various projects like OpenJDK and 
OpenEmbedded when using llvm built using cmake.

Since llvm-config builds fine (works for me) would it be ok to reenable 
it for cmake builds?
Tested on llvm r74172 with 
http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/llvm-commits/Week-of-Mon-20090622/079429.html 
patch applied.
