[llvm-commits] [llvm-gcc] Signlessness Patch For llvm-gcc (Please Commit)

Attached is a post-review, combined patch for the last three I sent.
This upgrades llvm-gcc to remove all isSigned() calls except one that
has to remain until the integer types are signless.

PLEASE COMMIT THIS :)
