Changes in directory llvm/projects/Stacker/tools/stkrc:

Makefile updated: 1.2 -> 1.3
stkrc.cpp updated: 1.6 -> 1.7
---
Log message:

Make the Stacker compiler handle -O1 .. -O5 options so it is compliant with
the compiler driver interface as an optimizing translator. Also clean up
error message handling.

Diffs of the changes: (+98 -71)
