    ### Why Are you requesting commit access ?

I have been building and packaging LLVM on various platforms for several years, and I have recently contributed fixes addressing build system issues, platform-specific concerns, and packaging-related problems, including [several PRs under review](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pulls/ZhongRuoyu), like https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/160354. Some of those fixes also address issues I've encountered in both downstream packaging and my own LLVM development work. I would like to become more involved in the LLVM project by reviewing related contributions and continuing to submit fixes.

As a maintainer of [Homebrew](https://brew.sh/), a downstream package manager for macOS and Linux, it would also help to be able to more effectively monitor and subscribe to issues and PRs that impact downstream packaging, and review and merge platform-specific and build-related changes from a packager's perspective. Commit access would help me contribute more effectively in areas where my experience is most relevant.
