****Why Are you requesting commit access ?****

I am maintainer of clang port for Yocto project/OpenEmbedded and work around cross compiler support all around. I have contributed in past years. Now clang is [merged into core layer](https://git.yoctoproject.org/poky/tree/meta/recipes-devtools/clang) in yocto project from [meta-clang](https://github.com/kraj/meta-clang) which was extra layer. It would help to have commit access for raising the upstream patches and CI involving yocto project. We are carrying 40+ patches which I would like to bring to upstream as well.
