    My understanding looking at https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commit/195857585908c23ca22b0e12cc86bc64c8570c78 / https://reviews.llvm.org/D108513 is that GnuWin32 is no longer recommended. There are still references to GnuWin32 in at least the following docs:
