    I can find no mentions of these options in the [manual](https://clang.llvm.org/docs/UsersManual.html#command-line-options), and while they appear in the command line [reference](https://clang.llvm.org/docs/ClangCommandLineReference.html), their entries are empty.

One question that I have is how these options interact with `-fms-runtime-lib=`; AFAIU, they should conflict.
