    #114591 uncovered an issue that happens when `target_compile_features(llvm-libc-common-utilities INTERFACE cxx_std_17)` is present in `FindLibcCommonUtils`.

Now that #121883 reverts that part of 6c4267fb1779bc5550bb413f33250f9365acfbc6 we need to find a new way to accomplish this.
