This morning I received 11 separate emails regarding PR #65468. It looks like one was for the PR creation (which was expected), five were label notifications (one for each label added to the PR), and five were "review_requested" (one per reviewer or team added as a reviewer).
I'm not watching any of those labels and I'm not on any of the teams, and all of these emails were sent to llvm-commits so I assume it's our script triggering them. Maybe the script should not send an email for 'labeled' or 'review_requested' events? I'd still get the 'created' message, which is the one I expected.
