<pre>
    libdebuginfod supports the DEBUGINFOD_VERBOSE environment variable to trace out attempted debuginfod requests and their results. We should implement this as well; it's useful when setting up debuginfod to figure out why lookups don't work. Since the output really shouldn't be parsed, it seems like a good idea to also trace the result of `.build-id` based lookups for the tools that support it, since it uses largely the same mechanism and tends to pair with debuginfod.
