but the previous and subsequent builds passed. The commit that triggered the failing build was completely unrelated, an essentially NFC change to Clang debug-info generation; the commit that triggered the next (passing) build was also a Clang change.

Hopefully someone familiar with openmp can work out what happened and keep it from happening again.
