    As described in [[Driver] Allow for sparcv8plus subdir with Solaris/SPARC GCC](https://reviews.llvm.org/D157013), the 32-bit subdirectory of Solaris/SPARC GCC installations changed from `32` to `sparcv8plus` with the bundled GCC 11, now matching upstream GCC.  `clang` doesn't know about this, thus cannot properly handle those versions.

Already fixed on `main` in D157013.
