During installation the libraries files get installed to a version specific location /usr/lib/llvm-{version}/lib/ but then a symlink to the version specific file is created in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu and I think this causes a conflict between versions. This is a problem if one wants to have multiple clang versions that use OpenMP installed.
