    It would be great if clang-tidy check bugprone-argument-comment had ways to suppress the warning based on:
- Function name (potentially fully qualified with the namespace).
- A combination of function name and argument name.

This would allow to avoid enforcing unnecessary comments such as e.g. `IncrementBy(/*increment=/1);`.
