    Building spec2006 wrf and tonto with Flang hits this TODO and produces a backtrace. The TODO is from `flang/lib/Lower/ConvertType.cpp.319`

There has been some discussion of wrf in the Flang slack. The upshot is that this TODO will be fixed with HLFIR work. Posting an issue here to document the SPEC2006 failure.
