It looks like that `lit.py` does not add the `--path` arguments to the PATH environment variable when running a test.
I have a test file
```
// RUN: echo $PATH
```
Then I run it with
```
python lit.py --show-all --path <my-path> <my-test-file>
```
In the output I don't see `<my-path>` included into the PATH environment variable.
