This test has a `REQUIRES: arm` clause, which should instead read `REQUIRES: arm-registered-target` (because REQUIRES currently doesn't support triple-based checks). I'm cleaning up this sort of thing.
However, after making that change, the test fails; the result is pretty different from what the test expects. I don't know anything about what the test is doing, so I'm XFAILing it and filing this issue for someone else to follow up who knows what's going on.
