    When trying to use apt.llvm.org on Ubuntu 18.04, I get uninstallable packages.

Reproduction using Docker:

$ cat Dockerfile
FROM ubuntu:18.04
RUN apt-get --assume-yes update

RUN bash -c "$(wget -O - https://apt.llvm.org/llvm.sh)"
