    I noticed a few minutes ago that when @mibintc added the `UsesFPIntrin` flag to `FunctionDeclBitfields`, it doesn't seem to have made it to `ASTReaderDecl`/`ASTWriterDecl` serialization/deserialization.   This likely needs to be fixed.
