    In https://reviews.llvm.org/D122015/ I updated Flang's build scripts so that "omp_lib.h" is copied into the build directory. The driver is updated so that it knows where to look for this header file. However, we haven't really considered "installing" it. I'm creating this ticket as a placeholder and also so that we don't forget to extend  D122015 when the time is right.
