    If the **/usr/bin/not** command is typed by an end-user, no output appears and it returns '1'.

If **'not -h'** is typed, a program call **'-h'** is searched for in **PATH**, and
_'error: unable to find `-h' in PATH: No such file or directory'_ appears.

Neither ot these outcomes is very end-user friendly.

Please create a **'man'** page for this utility, or at least present a **'usage'**
message when an unsuspecting end-user types **'not'** without arguments.

Or, perhaps, rename **'/usr/bin/not'** to **'/usr/bin/llvm-not'** and create a  **'/usr/bin/not'** link to it.
