<pre>
    When someone files a new bug, there's a thing (github action?) that formats and delivers an email to the llvm-bugs list.  The first thing in that email (visually, at least) is a link to the issue.

It seems this is not a direct link to the issue, though; it's a redirect that appears to go through something like `http://email.email.llvm.org` and some encoded stuff after that.

Is there a reason for the extra redirect?  I'd have expected the link to be simply `https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/NNNNN`

This is an issue for me because my company causes URLs in incoming email to be rewritten to go through a URL sanitizer of some kind, and sometimes the `email.email.llvm.org` link is long enough that the rewritten URL is too long for my Outlook client to handle, and the links don't work.  Sometimes.

(And if there is a good reason for the extra redirect, is there a good reason that it's not `https://email.email.llvm.org` ?)
