<pre>When building a libc++ static library, if the experimental flag
LIBCXX_STATICALLY_LINK_ABI_IN_STATIC_LIBRARY is not enabled, the resulting
isn't usable in static links when using Clang in its default configuration on
at least some targets, due to unresolved references to symbols in the ABI
library.
For other libraries on which libc++ has a dependency, `#pragma comment(lib,
"foo")` is used by default these days. Could the same thing be done with the
ABI library?</pre>
