If you take the attached LLVM IR containing debug information and try to
compile it into an executable using `llc -O0`, GDB (tested using version 9.2)
will not be able to report the value of `x` if you are stopped at a breakpoint
on the `foo` function. This seems to have worked as recently as llvm 11. This
is on an AMD64 machine. I can reproduce this on the main branch of llvm.</pre>
