<pre>This vectorizes correctly if the input and result vectors are replaced with
arrays. Apparently the vectorizer does not work with non-int, non-pointer PHIs,
which is why the loop vector has to be an array, and it also doesn't work with
extractelement instructions. Unless I missed a way for the backend to relax
these restrictions, this seems to be working as intended in the WebAssembly
backend since
