build and install llvm-readobj and the symlinks {llvm-,}readelf to it
I believe these should be part of the toolchain, since they are required for
configuring autoconf projects, for example newlib
Patch will happily provided if you agree on adding this
(I selected OS=All because it applies at least to all with ELF as binary
format)</pre>
