<pre>This example is not valid. There is no language rule that permits deduction of
the template parameter 'Tmpl' in this example.
We get as far as deducing that V = 'B<int>{}', and then deduce the type of V
(namely 'Tmpl') from the type of V (namely 'B<int>'). But there is no deduction
rule that says how to deduce a placeholder for class template deduction from a
class template specialization, so deduction here fails, as I believe the
language rules currently require.</pre>
