Minimized reproducer
The following function makes the `X86 FP Stackifier` pass fail with the "Stack
empty??" message. The issue is reproducible on LLVM 11.1 and `main`.

call void (i64, i32, ...) @llvm.experimental.stackmap(i64 0, i32 0)
call void (x86_fp80) @fp_extern_func(x86_fp80 %fp_arg)

```
The issue can be reproduced with the (minimized) bitcode file attached using
the following command:
