<pre>It appears as if -print-after=<passname> does not work properly with the new
pass manager.
Running `opt -print-after=early-cse -early-cse -enable-new-pm=0` produces debug
output with the function dumped after early-use, but with ` -enable-new-pm=1`
no output is produced.
