<pre>ld64 doesn't emit bind opcodes for the various dynamically-linked symbols in
our stub-link.s test when `-platform_version` is specified. LLD currently emits
the bind opcodes regardless. I don't see how not emitting the binds could
possibly be the desired behavior, but I haven't dug much into it.</pre>
