<pre>We'll need to refactor our InputFile parsing logic. The parsing logic assumes
we already know which arch we are targeting, so we must be able to scan the
list of our InputFiles before they get parsed. However, we currently do the
parsing at InputFile construction time, which is a problem. LLD-ELF handles
this by having a `parse()` method that's called after InputFiles have been
constructed, and we should follow suit.</pre>
