<pre>Currently we're relying on utils/extract-section.py -- a thin wrapper around
llvm-readobj -- in most of the object code tests. Rationale behind this is that
llvm-readobj or any existing binary utilities in LLVM is unable to print data
in binary or custom hexadecimal format. It will be great to replace this script
with other solution, for example rewriting all the checks in the tests or
adding additional outputting format into llvm-readobj.
