Build: 2021.02.01 on Linux Ubuntu and Windows 10
My speculation is that input should not change after the formatting.
This only happens with clang-8 and upwards, using the same exact configuration
with clang-7 works as I expect.
This also happens if the lambda is a one-liner and has an empty body.</pre>
